Questions
Do you offer transfers from the FBO Riga VIP terminal for private flights?
Yes. We provide VIP transfers to and from both the main terminal at Riga International Airport (RIX) and the FBO Riga business aviation centre. Just give us your tail number or arrival time when you book.
What happens if our private or commercial flight is delayed?
We follow all incoming flights and private aircraft arrivals. Your driver adjusts the pickup to the actual landing time, so a delay means no extra stress and no unexpected fees.
How long will the driver wait?
Up to 60 minutes after landing at Riga Airport (RIX) and FBO Riga, at no extra charge. At hotels, the passenger port and stations, 25 minutes of waiting are included.
Where will the driver meet me?
In the arrivals hall of the main terminal, with a name sign. For a private flight, at the VIP / FBO exit.
How much is a transfer from Riga Airport to the city centre?
From €40 in a Standard Car (up to 3 passengers), €45 in a Standard Van (7 seats) and €95 in the Mercedes-Benz S-Class. The price is for the whole car, not per person.
Can my company get a VAT invoice?
Yes. Add the company name and VAT number when you book, and the VAT invoice comes with the booking confirmation.
How long is the drive from Riga Airport to the city centre?
About 15-20 minutes to the city centre and the Old Town (10 km), and about 20-25 minutes to Jūrmala, depending on traffic.
Can I book a transfer to Riga Airport too?
Yes. Your driver picks you up at your hotel or home at the time you choose and drops you at departures. The prices are the same as from the airport.
Do you have child seats?
Yes, free of charge. Add the child’s age when you book and the seat is fitted before pickup.
Can I pay by card?
Yes. Online when you book, by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay; companies can also pay by invoice.
Can I cancel my transfer?
Yes. Transfers can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before pickup with a full refund. Later cancellations are not refunded.
Can I change the time or address?
Yes, at least 12 hours before pickup, using the link in your confirmation e-mail or by contacting us. We make the change whenever a car is available.
How much luggage can I bring?
A Standard Car takes 3 suitcases, the Standard Van 7, the V-Class 6 and the Sprinter up to 19. Tell us about skis, bikes or extra bags when you book.
