Sigulda
The rim of the Gauja river valley, Latvia’s oldest national park: the cable car over the river, red sandstone cliffs and the bobsleigh track.
309 km between two capitals, door to door, with Sigulda, Turaida or the beach town of Pärnu along the way.
From €417 per vehicle including one sightseeing stop
Most travellers do this journey in one go along the Via Baltica (E67). The road follows the Gulf of Riga, crosses into Estonia at Ainaži and Ikla, and reaches Tallinn in a little over four hours of driving. With your own driver you can turn those four hours into a day: decide where to stop, how long to stay, and keep all your luggage in the car.
There are two good options, and many guests do both.
The trip ends at the address you choose in Tallinn: a hotel in the Old Town, an apartment, the ferry terminal or the airport. It runs at the same price from Tallinn to Riga.
| Class | Vehicles | Passengers | Price |
|---|---|---|---|
| Standard Car | Volvo V60, Mercedes-Benz E-Class | 3 | from €417 |
| Standard Van | Opel Zafira Life | 7 | from €487 |
| Premium Van | Mercedes-Benz V-Class | 6 | from €657 |
| Large Van | Mercedes-Benz Sprinter | 19 | On request |
The price is for the whole vehicle with its driver, not per person. Each trip includes at least one sightseeing stop; the prices above include the shortest one (€37). Longer or extra stops are added at their own price. For the Large Van, ask for a price on WhatsApp or +371 28 348 000 - book at least 3 days ahead.
This is a day trip: the driver stays with you at the stops for extra hours. Just a direct transfer without stops? From €355 per vehicle - get the price in the booking form.
Choose at least one stop when you book, and how long to stay. The driver waits with the car and your luggage.

A red-brick tower that has stood above the Gauja valley since the 13th century, next to the sandstone Gūtmaņa Cave, the largest cave in the Baltic states.

An 18-metre wall of pale sandstone above the mouth of the Inčupe river, right on the beach. A boardwalk path runs along the top of the dune.

Estonia’s resort town, almost exactly halfway: a long, shallow beach, the 17th-century Tallinn Gate and a natural place for lunch.

The Baroque palace Peter the Great built for Catherine I in 1718, on the edge of Tallinn. Today it is an art museum, set in a park with a swan pond and flower gardens.

I really liked it, new car, polite driver and drives very well
We had a very easy and comfortable trip with Andris. I requested a van so it was very nice and spacious for us and our luggage. My husband appreciated Andre’s fluent English and chatted with him often. Day trip was very easy to schedule and use…
Edgars was warm and professional. He was helpful with our bags and a safe driver. We had a great trip.
