Corporate events
Team events, client receptions and company celebrations: the Mercedes-Benz Sprinter (19 seats) and V-Class (6 seats) take guests to the venue together and home afterwards, and the S-Class collects management and VIP guests. Book the cars by the hour so they wait at the venue.
Conferences and business forums
Airport pickups for speakers and delegates (the chauffeur follows each flight), transfers between hotels and the conference venue, and a car on standby for speakers during the day.
Concerts and shows
Transfers for performers, crew and guests between the airport, hotels and the venue, including late pickups after the show.

Questions
How many people can you move at once?
Each vehicle’s seats are listed in the table above: up to 19 in the Mercedes-Benz Sprinter, 7 in the Opel Zafira Life, 6 in the Mercedes-Benz V-Class and 3 in each car. For bigger groups we combine vehicles.
Can you pick up all our guests at Riga Airport?
Yes. Send the list of flights. The chauffeurs follow each landing time and meet guests in the arrivals hall.
Do you invoice companies?
Yes: VAT invoices, and corporate billing for regular clients.
How far ahead should we book?
As soon as you know the dates. The larger vehicles need a few days’ notice (see the table), and for big events a few weeks ahead is best.
