Most travellers stay two or three nights. That leaves a full day for the Old Town and the Art Nouveau district, and time for Jūrmala or a quiet evening.

Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania are all in the Schengen Area, so there is normally no border control between them. Please still carry your passports.
No. Tipping is not expected in the Baltics and is never added to the price. If you were happy with your driver, a tip is appreciated but entirely up to you.
